起重機(jī)安全滑觸線使用規(guī)范

1).載流量不應(yīng)小于負(fù)荷計(jì)算電流;

1). Should not be less than the load calculation of current carrying capacity;

2).滿足機(jī)械強(qiáng)度的要求;

3).自配電變壓器的低壓母線至盧重機(jī)電動(dòng)機(jī)端子的電壓損失，在尖峰電流時(shí)，不宜超過額定電壓的15%。

3). The voltage loss from low voltage distribution transformer to Lu heavy machinery motor terminal, the peak current, should not exceed 15% of the rated voltage.

2.少起重機(jī)供電線路的電壓損失，可根據(jù)具體情況采取下列措施：

1).電源線盡量接至天車滑線的中部;

1). The central power line as far as possible to crane slide wire;

2).采用絕緣式安全滑觸線;

2). The insulation safety sliding contact line;

3).適當(dāng)增大滑觸線截面或增設(shè)輔助導(dǎo)線;

3). Increasing the sliding contact line section or adding the auxiliary conductors;

4).增加滑觸線供電點(diǎn)或分段供電;

5).增大電源線或軟電纜截面。

3.絕緣式安全滑觸線裝設(shè)膨脹補(bǔ)償裝置的要求，應(yīng)根據(jù)產(chǎn)品技術(shù)參數(shù)確定。
